Choosing and ordering
Where can I browse products?
Open Collections to browse by category. You can also explore all products. Open the product page to check the available options and details before adding an item to your cart.
How do I choose the right size or colour?
Select the size, colour or other option on the product page, then check the selected option, displayed price and product details. Review the image too, where one is shown for that option. Check the selection again in your cart before paying.
Does one item mean one piece or a complete set?
Check the package contents for the exact option you select. A product photo may show several pieces or a styled room, so use the written quantity and contents to decide what you are ordering. If the title, description and option names disagree, ask through the contact form before ordering.
Why does the price change when I select an option?
Different product options may have different prices. The price shown after you make your selection is the one to review, together with the quantity in your cart and the final checkout total.
What does Sold out mean?
The selected item or option is currently unavailable to order. If other options are offered, check their availability separately. Availability can change, so review the product page again when you are ready to buy.
Can I remove something from my cart?
Yes. Open your cart and use the remove control for the item. Check the remaining items, options and quantities before continuing to checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
Check the payment options offered at checkout for your order. Review the payment method and final total before submitting payment.
What should I check before paying?
Check the product and selected option, package quantity, item quantity, delivery address, delivery option and final total. For a size-sensitive or electrical item, confirm the measurements or technical requirements before placing the order.
Delivery and order help
Can you deliver to my address?
Enter your delivery destination at checkout to see the options available for the items in your cart. If no suitable option appears, use the contact form and include the product link and destination country and postal code. You do not need to share payment details.
How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?
Review the delivery charge and any delivery estimate shown at checkout for your address and selected items. Do not assume that a delivery option or estimate shown for another product or address will apply to your order.
Where can I check an existing order?
Use the order information you received when placing the order. If tracking information has been provided, follow that link for the carrier's updates. For help, use the contact form and include your order number and a short description of the issue.
Can I change my order or delivery address?
Use the contact form as soon as you notice a change is needed. Include the order number and clearly describe the requested change. Sending a request does not confirm that the order has been changed or cancelled.
What if an item arrives damaged, incomplete or different from my order?
Stop using an item that appears unsafe. Note the product, selected option and affected quantity, and keep photos of the item and packaging if it is safe to do so. Contact us through the contact form with your order number and a description of the problem.
How do I ask about a return or refund?
Use the contact form with your order number and what you would like help with. The Refund Policy is also available in the website footer. If you need a return destination or instructions for a particular order, ask for those details.
How do I contact Ambasador Home?
Use the contact form. For a product question, include the product link and selected option. For an existing order, include the order number and explain what happened. Do not include your password or full payment-card details.
